The main new features and fixes in each version of Teamsheet.
To check which version you're on, open Account in the mobile app and scroll to the bottom. On the web, look in the footer. The web version goes up each time a change is published.
These notes cover the main new features and fixes. If you want more detail, email support@teamsheet.app.
Version 1.3.0 (29 September 2026)
Player profiles you can share, and the mobile app catching up with the website.
- On the web, you can press Ctrl K (⌘K on a Mac), or choose Search, to jump to a page. Group admins can add a match, add a team, or invite someone from the same search.
- You can open a player profile to see matches, goals, and assists, then preview and share a match recap.
- Your player profile no longer includes a Teamsheet ID.
- Each player type has its own icon and a short explanation on your player profile.
- Profile photos are saved larger. Upload your photo again if it looks soft.
- On mobile, you can place a lineup and share it, and see the league table.
- Group admins on mobile can add seasons, assign fixtures and teams, and filter the table and player statistics by season.
- You can schedule a match with no season. On mobile, Season is optional when you schedule.
- On mobile, you can change your password, turn on two-factor authentication, and choose light or dark from Account.
- On mobile, a Pro group admin can connect Stripe from group edit so players can pay match fees by card.
- You can record goals and assists, and track cash or bank transfer fees, without Teamsheet Pro. Card payments stay part of Pro.
- On the web, Account shows whether Pro renews and when it ends. Dark mode is on Appearance, and deleting your account is on Danger zone.
- On the web, you can send ideas and bug reports, and vote on what other people have asked for.
- Organisers can take a guest off one match and leave them in the group.
- Deleting a match no longer fails when an old goal or assist is missing from the stats. If a delete still cannot finish, you see a plain explanation instead of a technical error.
- On mobile, Subscription lists the same player and organiser benefits as the website, with monthly and yearly prices from the App Store or Google Play.
- The first tab is Home: your group count and win ratio, then upcoming fixtures, recent results, and groups.
- Members has a Members and Guests switch. The plus button invites someone, or adds a guest when Guests is selected. The join code, invite link, and QR code stay on the Members page. Group settings are separate pages, opened from Group settings on the group screen: General, Features, Match fees, Seasons, and Danger zone.
- On a match, the tabs only slide sideways.
- On a match, Teams has Assign teams so you can pick sides without opening match settings first.
- On mobile, group admins clear the group chat from Danger zone, not from the chat screen.
- If you already belong to a group, opening the app no longer shows the welcome screen.
- After you open the confirmation link in your email, the sign-in page tells you the address is verified and signs you in when it can.
Version 1.2.1
Teamsheet in the browser, with seasons, match fees, and lineups.
- You can use Teamsheet in the browser at teamsheet.app, and sign in with Apple or Google as well as email.
- Group admins can create a season, put matches and teams in it, and look at fixtures, standings, and statistics for that season or for all time.
- You can collect a match fee from players who are available. Card payments go to the group's own account, and that is part of Teamsheet Pro.
- On the web, Pro groups can build a lineup, record goals and assists, add recurring matches, and import matches from a spreadsheet.
- You can add guest players for people who have not signed up yet, and they can claim that profile with a code after they join.
- Invite links and QR codes open in the browser, so someone can join without installing the app.
- Group chat on the web has reactions and @mentions, and opens over the page so you can keep browsing.
- A finished match keeps the teams and details locked. Group admins can still update the score, settle fees, and delete the match.
- If a group is removed while you are in its chat, the app takes you back to the chat list.
- Help articles live at support.teamsheet.app.
