Track who has paid
See who has paid a match fee, and who still owes.
How it works
For each available player the list shows one of these:
- Paid means a card payment went through.
- Paid offline means an admin marked cash or a bank transfer. Mark a cash payment as paid.
- Due means the fee is still outstanding.
- Waived means an admin cleared the fee.
Card payments change to Paid on their own when Stripe confirms them. You do not mark those by hand.
How to do it
Open the match fees list on the match.
Admins can Remind a player. That sends a push notification if their match reminder preference is on.
Good to know
Guests are not given a fee in the app. If you still collect from them, keep that outside Teamsheet.
