Set a match fee
Ask each available player for their share of the pitch or the referee.
How it works
A match fee is one amount per available player. If the pitch costs £60 and 12 players are playing, you could set the fee to £5.
Someone who marks themselves unavailable is not included. Guests are not billed in the app.
Tracking the fee works on any plan. Taking the money by card is part of Teamsheet Pro. What is a match fee?
How to do it
Turn fees on for the group first:
- Open group Settings.
- On Features, turn on Match fees.
- Open Match fees and set a default amount in pounds if you want one, for example 5.00.
On mobile, open the group from Account and edit it. Turn on Match fees under Features, then set the default amount on the Match fees card. Set up card payments is on that card. Accept card payments.
Then collect it on a match. When you schedule the match, or later in match settings (mobile) or edit match details (web), turn on Collect match fee and set the amount. It starts from the group default.
Players who mark Available then see the amount they owe.
