Accept card payments
Let players pay their match fee by card instead of chasing cash.
How it works
Card payments are part of Teamsheet Pro. Once a Pro admin has connected Stripe, any group member can pay by card, even if they are not on Pro themselves.
The player pays the amount you set. The money goes into your group's Stripe account. How Stripe payments work.
You can still mark cash or a bank transfer as paid if you do not connect Stripe.
How to do it
- A Pro admin turns on Match fees. On the web, open group Settings, then Features. On mobile, open the group from Account, edit it, and use Features.
- Connect a payout account with Stripe. On the web, open Match fees and choose Connect payout account. On mobile, use the Match fees card and choose Set up card payments. Save the group first if you have just turned Match fees on.
- Set a match fee and turn on Collect match fee for the match.
On the match overview, a player with a fee due taps Pay and completes checkout. When it succeeds, their status becomes Paid.
Good to know
Only GBP is supported for now.
