How Stripe payments work
Card payments go to your group's own Stripe account. Teamsheet does not hold the money.
How it works
The player pays the amount you set. Stripe's processing fee comes out of what the group receives. It is not added on top for the player.
The payment shows on the group's Stripe account. Payouts go to the bank account linked there, on Stripe's normal schedule.
Refunds for card payments are handled in the group's Stripe Dashboard, not in Teamsheet.
Admins do not confirm card payments by hand. Stripe marks them Paid.
